Manifesto
Volta Greentech is committed to helping agriculture meet climate targets by reducing methane emissions from cows, which account for over 4% of global greenhouse gas emissions -that’s 2x more emissions than the world’s fleet of airplanes. Our feed additives significantly lower methane emissions, similar to how catalytic converters reduce car pollution.
We aim to work with sustainable beef and dairy partners to achieve real environmental and animal welfare improvements. While we recognize the industry’s challenges, we believe rapid methane reduction is crucial to mitigate global warming and achieve climate goals. Our mission is to reduce emissions without increasing beef and dairy consumption over plant-based alternatives.
